FDA
Augest 2, 2013 the FDA required that all foods labeled gluten free, no gluten, or free of gluten must contain less than 20ppm of gluten. Foods containing 20ppm of gluten pretty much mean that cealics can consume them without having problems. This is huge for the celiac world, it means that there should be no risk for celiacs to consume any product labeled gluten free. Thank you FDA!! To read more click the link below to the FDA website.
