Googling

       When I first started living gluten free, I thought that you just had to read the ingredients to see if something was gluten free. Although this is sometimes the case, it isn't necessarily always true. Sometimes natural ingredients contain wheat. Before you eat a product always make sure to google it to be 100% positive it is gluten free. This isn't necessary when eating something like fruit, or veggies that you know doesn't contain gluten. Checking online is always the safest bet, even something simple like a hersheys kiss sometimes contains gluten. If you're not sure about something, don't eat it to stay safe. 

       Often, to claim that a product is gluten free, a site will label its product with this symbol:
