School Lunches

     I know its summer, but school lunches are a hard part of living gluten free. Here are some options that I have used and loved throughout the school year.

Sandwich

  • Sandwich (gluten free bread) with ham/turkey and cheese
  • lays potato chips
  • an apple/banana

Salad

  • any type of salad with plenty of veggies/fruits
  • gluten free crackers 

Hummus

  • your favorite type of veggies 
  • a small container of hummus 

Mini sandwiches

  • your favorite gluten free crackers
  • mini cheese slices
  • grapes
