I was diagnosed with celiac almost two years ago when I was 12 years old. It's been hard to be a gluten free teen. Since I was diagnosed I have discovered lots of ways to make being gluten free easier. I have found several gluten free recipes, products, and restaurants that have passed my picky taste test. I've made this blog to make living gluten free easier for teens and everyone and share some delicious gluten free discoveries. Please follow, comment, and share your thoughts. Enjoy! :)

Gluten free teens
Being a gluten free teen can be extremely tricky. It can be hard at times but it is important to follow through and don't give up. I know it can be tempting at times to fit in and eat with everyone else, it can be annoying to constantly explain why you aren't eating, and it can be hard to always have to find out if something is gluten free. Trust me, it gets easier. If you have celiac it is necessary that you stick to a gluten free diet so you don't cause your body harm. I know plenty of times I have felt alone, but so many people in this world have to deal with the same thing. I don't feel cursed to have celiac disease, I now feel lucky that I can still enjoy so many of my favorite foods.
